The Ripple Effect
a 6-week creative exploration & show n’ tell group
In this hybrid online space, we dive into aspects of breath connection, free form movement, intuitive writing, storytelling, nature immersion and playful exploration.
The idea is to be in a space that ranges from established artists to curious creators who are looking to explore multi-media expression. Our group gives people the space to make mistakes, explore like children, and authentically share a piece of themselves through art.
Here, you can feel what it is like to create, in your own little world, while simultaneously honoring community and connection.

Memory in Motion
Memory in Motion was a co-ed experience that provided guests with a creative playground to dance inside of. Taking place in Taos, New Mexico, guests were held in the process of multidisciplinary exploration with the intention to create from a place of surrender.
In the span of four days, we led workshops that fostered a playful, creative perception of time. An ecosystem of artists emerged and natural human intelligence was evoked.
Every meal was carried out with intention, storytelling, and excerpts from inspiring texts. The experience ended with an intimate show n’ tell, expressing all of the ways creativity can be engaged. This trip was designed to hold people within perceived failures, breakdowns, celebrations, and joys. It was a reminder to approach life from a beginner’s mind.
To witness, and to be witnessed.
a four day immersive experience

Guest Facilitator at Return2Human Experiences
Costa Rica.2022 | Colombia. 2023
Emergence & Return2Flight were all women’s experiences inspired by the Human Gene Keys. Melissa Barto, owner of Return2Human, brings on teachers from all over the world to help execute unique experiences.
In 2022, I supported Emergence by facilitating a breathwork ceremony for the women of the retreat. In Colombia, my role was to guide women through movement and deep breathwork, immersed in the sounds of the Colombian jungle.
